Terms and conditions
Legal details are being reviewed. Formal operator identification and contact information must be completed before definitive public launch.
1. Service and pricing
ArkhiTV is a free M3U media player. It does not sell channels, subscriptions, TV content, playlists or access credentials.
2. Playlists and third-party rights
Users supply their sources and must have lawful access and all necessary rights to play their content. ArkhiTV does not grant TV distribution rights. Unauthorised redistribution is prohibited.
3. Accounts and playlists
Account creation and approval are controlled by the administrator. Each account can save, edit and delete up to five M3U playlists. QR pairing cannot grant access to another user’s playlists. A brief guest trial may be available.
4. Local recording
When the device allows it, recording is local. Each recording requires an explicit declaration about source authorisation and lawful private use. Video files are not stored on ArkhiTV servers. The server keeps declaration records and relevant evidence.
5. Email validation
An account email may be verified through a one-time code or link. Once verified, the account retains this proof and it is not requested again for each recording unless an account change or security measure requires it. Recording declarations remain mandatory.
6. Safety and restrictions
Playlists with metadata suggesting adult or potentially unlawful content can be blocked for review. Automated classification is not conclusive proof of illegality. Using the service to access or distribute child sexual abuse material or other illegal content is prohibited.
7. Availability and liability
Availability depends on devices, connectivity and third-party streams. The service may change for security or maintenance. Mandatory legal user rights are unaffected; ArkhiTV does not bypass DRM.
8. Data and applicable law
The Privacy Policy describes personal data processing. Portuguese law and relevant mandatory data protection rules apply. Formal operator identification and contact details remain subject to review before definitive public launch.
